You will notice that once you have purchased a server, you will receive a welcome email with your VNC access details.
Below is an example of how it may look like:
As suggested in the image, we recommend using a software named TightVNC, which can be downloaded here: https://www.tightvnc.com/download.php
After completing the download, proceed with the installation and once done continue to open the software.
It will look similar to this:
Enter the IP shown on the welcome email along with the port. It will look something like this: 123.456.78.910:5904.
Next enter the password, and you're in!
You can also use the Java VNC Method via the SolusVM Control Panel but we don't recommend it, it's as simple as going into your SolusVM Control Panel -> Clicking Manage on the related service and click the VNC button -> On the next page click Java VNC Client.
