It's been a long ride! A big thank you to everyone that joined us on the journey and sorry to anyone that may be upset by this. We have came to acknowledge that there is no reason to let things go as they are - no blog updates, poor community activity and growth has started to lack in the past few months.
When we first created Vastitude in September 2015, we had one thing in mind – a better guaranteed service. We showed this with our Anytime Money Back, Uptime and Premium Support guarantees. Later on, we introduced Weekly Updates, One-Time Payment plans, Vastitude Infinity and the list goes on! Unfortunately, we had to sacrifice many things such as our minecraft & website hosting services - though this was inevitable, we were finding it difficult to gather enough funds to facilitate all the daily business needs. We increased our prices but that made us unable to compete with our competitiors as they often offered lower prices and had more funds to advertise globally where we depended on word of mouth as all our earnings were spent on trying to improve here and there.

We will stop taking orders today, but services will still be usable until March 15th, 2019, but it is recommended you switch to another company ASAP.
If you are interested in continuing Vastitude, please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be able to use our logos, website, discord but will not be able to continue providing services to our current clients as all data will be destroyed.

Will I get a refund?
Current clients will receive a pro-rated refund depending on the duration of the service left. We expect to have all refunds for current clients to be processed by the end of this month.
Current clients with one-time payment plans will receive a pro-rated refund depending on the usage on month-by-month basis when comparing to normally billed plans. We expect to have all refunds for one-time payment customers to be processed before end of April 2019.
If you have made a deposit, back-ordered or pre-ordered then this will be refunded before end of April 2019.
What will happen to the Vastitude website / discord etc?
We will display the closure message on the website and discord will still be available as normal, several of our team members may be temporarily available on discord regardless of the closure.
I want to continue Vastitude under my own team
It would be nice to see Vastitude continue. If you feel you can take Vastitude to reach new heights, please get in touch with us via email@example.com or send a ticket to the management department, we can let you use our logos, website or even some of our team members (we may charge a small fee for all this). Please note that, you will need to start the company from scratch as any clients we have now and any data of theirs will not be provided and instead destroyed.
